For highly visible signs throughout the day and night, look no further than an illuminated box sign. They are constructed from an aluminium outer casing, illuminating acrylic panels and illuminating vinyl graphics. Walderslade based Flowers, the florists, opted for a light box to enhance their shop front. Illuminated box signs have a very low running cost and can be combined with a light sensor or a timer, to switch on and off automatically. Alternatively, signs can be externally illuminated from above, using trough lighting or traditional 'swan neck' lights. Noble House Chinese Restaurant in Maidstone chose trough lighting above their new sign. The light casing was powder coated into black, helping it blend in with the sign.
