Site Boards give developers an excellent chance to advertise their name, as well as any other
organisations involved in a particular project. They can provide a description of the building work that
will be, or is being, carried out on the site, and comply with strict health and safety laws
regarding site safety. Site boards are often only in place for up to a year, therefore need to be
cost effective, yet strong enough to withstand abnormal weather conditions during that time.
The Kier Group have recently installed a number of site boards,
informing of ongoing housing develop- ments in the Maidstone Area.
They are constructed from 100mm sqaure wooden posts, and 10mm thick foamex panels
with applied vinyl graphics.
Dean & Dyball Construction opted for fibreglass site boards in their
corporate colours, the first displaying their logo, and the second, the strict health and safety requirements
they demand on all their sites.
